Custom Order Policy
Custom orders (including decorated cakes, specialty cookies, and large orders) require advance notice and payment to secure your date. Once work has begun on a custom order, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Design inspiration photos are welcome; however, exact replicas of other bakers’ designs cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup Policy
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time. Please ensure orders are transported safely. Lilah Bug’s Bakery is not responsible for damage once the order has been picked up.
Delivery Policy
Delivery may be available for an additional fee based on distance. Someone must be present to receive the order at the agreed delivery time. Once delivered, Lilah Bug’s Bakery is not responsible for product condition.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full to confirm all orders unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of ordering, which include Cash App, credit card, and cash.
