Lilah Bug’s Bakery – Texas Cottage Food Notice (Texas Required Disclosure)

 

Lilah Bug’s Bakery operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

Due to food safety regulations and applicable laws, Lilah Bug’s Bakery cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been picked up or delivered.
If you receive an incorrect item or there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Photos may be required. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion for verified errors.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Orders may be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation time and ingredient costs.
